2019 – 2020 School Year
Re-Enrollment Fee: $75 per student (only for those re-enrolled before March 1.)
This fee will not exceed $200 per family. The non-refundable registration fee is due before March 1. Once this fee is paid in full, the student’s place in the classroom will be secured. Students not re-enrolled before March 1 will need to pay the registration fee.
Registration Fee: $150 per student (due prior to placement test)
This fee will not exceed $375 per family and covers the cost of processing a new student’s records, testing, interview, and costs associated with enrolling the new student. This is refundable only if the student is denied admission to NBA.
Student Book/Resource Fee: K-6th grade students-$275 / 7th through 12th grade students-$300
This non-refundable fee is due July 1, 2019. This fee covers all textbooks/tests used in the classroom.
Tuition can be paid in full to receive a discount (see below) or can be divided into ten monthly payments (August through May). Monthly payments are due the 15th of each month.
Kindergarten (half day) $2,700 or $270/mo.
K5 (full day) - 6th grade $3,200 or $320/mo.
7th - 12th grade $3,350 or $335/mo.
Tuition Discounts: (May choose one of the following)
Multiple Child Discount: - Families with more than one student enrolled are eligible for a discount of 10% off total tuition rate.
Full Payment Discount: - Families who pay the entire tuition amount by August 15th may be eligible for the Full Payment Discount, which is 10% off the yearly tuition rate. This must be completely paid by August 15th. Advance payments are non-refundable except for military transfers or extreme emergencies deemed necessary by the Administration.
Tithing members of Northview Baptist Church are entitled to a $25 per month discount plus one of the above discounts.
Withdrawal Fee: $350 per student
You are enrolling your child for the entire year; therefore, budgets and teacher contracts are set accordingly. The early withdrawal of a student creates openings that NBA may not be able to fill. Students who withdraw between July 1, 2019 and March 31, 2020, will be assessed a withdrawal fee unless withdrawal is due to military orders or requested by the administration. .
Late Fee: $10 For payments received after the 22nd.
Late Pick Up Fee: $5 per fifteen minutes
Students should be picked up within 15 minutes of their dismissal time.
Science Fee: $35 (7th through 12th grade students)
Senior Graduation Fee: $100 (due March 15, 2020)
Kindergarten Graduation Fee: $50 (due March 15, 2020)
Returned Check Fee: $30
Graduate Transcript Fee: Graduates will be charged a $7.50 fee per transcript requested. (Two will be provided at no charge. Fee begins with 3rd transcript.)
